ABT Maruti charging for Pick-up and Drop

Today I called ABT chennai (Guindy) to pickup my Alto which is due for First Free Service. The un-friendly customer service said, they charge Rs.175 for pick-up and drop. I remember none of the other Maruti dealers charge a paise for pick-up and drop. But ABT Maruti, Chennai said they dont offer free service anymore and they charge Rs.175 from last month onwards.

Is this a way to sustain new/loyal customers? Or, ABT desperately wants to avoid customers and lose business?

Orkut - New User Interface

The new Orkut User Interface Refreshing! breathes a lot fresh and looks damn cool. Orkut's new user interface is way better than the previous one. I like the slick spacing and rounded-shadowed boxes.
