The development kits from Intel and Epic Games are interesting now. INTEL XDK Image from Dolby Labs Intel, with its XDK has come a long way. In the early days the Intel XDK was a hiccup, and through the days it has become more polished and more usable. The Intel XDK UI EPIC GAMES UNREAL ENGINE Image from GitHub Epic Games launched their Unreal Game Engine 4, with a FREE license model. So what does a game engine has to do? It targets both desktop and Mobile app platform. Recently I played Guncat in Android, which was developed using Unreal Engine. The graphics is smooth, performance is good. Though it had some glitches, the game proved fun otherwise.
