LENOVO A6000 - SIM Card not detected / Zero Network Signal   Image copyright - www.phonearena.com One of the widely faced problems with the Lenovo A6000 is - SIM card not detected / Not connecting to the Phone Network. To be precise, your phone detects the SIM card, recognizes the carrier, but the Tower / Network signal on top is shown blank. Remedy - Thinking of phone RESET? No. Do not do that. It is not required to reset your phone. - Just pull out the battery. Keep the phone idle without battery for a few hours so that the phone electronics get into a Power-Reset mode. - Later put the battery in, and Power-On your phone. Still not getting the tower signal? - Try swapping the SIM cards (technically this does not have any effect), but it may do the trick. - Let the phone battery discharge (while in phone) completely,  remove the battery for few hours and then put it back. This remedy worked for me.
